At Magic Microphone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the terms outlined below.

  1. Return Window
    You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request and initiate a return.
  2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
    To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, song chips, cords, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or purchase receipt) is required.

  1. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
  • Customer Change of Mind / Preference Returns: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the item arrived defective or incorrect due to our error, Magic Microphone will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees ($0 restocking fee).
  1. Refund Processing Time
    Once your return is received and inspected (typically 2 business days after arrival), we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds reflect on your account statement within 3–7 business days.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Digital song download codes or subscription activations once accessed or issued.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper setup, or unauthorized modification.
