    We currently ship to valid street addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO locations within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  2. Order Processing & Transit Times
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday.
  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • Shipping Transit Time: 3–5 business days within the continental United States.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days from order placement.

  • Flat Rate / Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected carrier.
  • Free Shipping Options: If promotional free shipping applies, it will automatically populate at checkout.

    Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (USPS or UPS) will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
  2. Address Changes & Correct Details

  3. Damaged or Lost Packages
    If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows lost in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and original shipping box.
